In times of past before the
memories of the oldest being, in a world not of our own, there lived two beings
that became legends, they stood tall above all, honored by most and despised by
the same. The two coming from opposite sides of the law, having different minds
and broken hearts. They never should have met but life provides a way to mend
all wounds. Jager a woman of angelic decent, although not pure she had the mind
and beauty of the goddesses. It is said she was the lineage of the war goddess
herself with the blood of an elf. Her tribe of elves were scared of her power
and left her in the mountains without the ability to walk, they wanted her dead
but could bring harm against her. She was found by cultists, they said that she
had glowing symbols on her arms, the left arm had what looked to be what could
only be described as a blazing inferno the right seemed to be that of a great
lightning storm. They raised her of their sect, she grew up without the
knowledge of who she was but the cult loved and cared for her. She was raised
with the secret of blood magic that the cult preached to her and with that the
symbols disappeared before she was able to remember, she was slowly corrupted
throughout the years and it was then she was known to not be human. . It was
the night they truly bestowed her as a woman, the day they came to call her
birthday. It was the night of her last year being a teen when everything in her
life changed. She was hailed the strongest of the cult and was corrupted to the
point of no return, her golden hair ombred into a bloodied marron and her eyes changed
from that of bright silver to a blackened crimson that matched her hair in the
light of day. She was gifted three ancient relics forged in the burning inferno
of hell itself, two cursed shield and a demonic bow. Each made of a more
precious and hardened metal than that of the entire dwarven history. The
shields were not that large attaching to the forearm and extending a few inches
past the elbow, a foot past the palm of her hand and being just over two feet
wide. The elbow side of the shield ended in a curve that connected to each side
with three small spikes extending past the edge, two coming off the outside
edge and one in the center slightly longer than the rest. The end over the hand
ended in a large blade sticking out of the center, as well and an piece that
connected under the rest of the shield that extend two thirds of the length of
the center blade making a rounded rectangular shape and the end. Two more blade
protruded a small amount out the sides and proceeded forward meeting the center
blade resembling drake horns. Each blade was sharper than any mast blacksmith
has ever been able to create, even the edges of the shield that had no blade
were said to be similarly dangerous. All of the blades were able to retract
into the shield with what seemed to be no mechanical doing.
Describe the fucking bow:
While she had some knowledge on
how to use a bow from personal hunting, she was nowhere close to being
proficient with one and she had never seen shields of this nature nor has she
touched a shield in her life. When she put the shields on and latched on to the
bow she felt a sudden surge through her body accompanied by a stinging pain,
what felt like an instant to her lasted more than four hours. She saw flashes
of light and darkness, seas of hellfire and deaths of countless beings. When
she came out of this dream like state she had to long incisions on both of her
forearms as well as puncture holes in each of her palms, no knowing why she
felt no pain from any of these new wounds. The elder of the cult told her to
accompany the hunter party that was getting ready to leave to see how the new
bow felt in her hands. As she went to take off the shields, to lighten her load
for the trip, she was told not to as the three relics worked better combined.
This was supposed to be a normal weekly hunt to gather enough meat for the camp
and collect the blood of animals to aid in the cults magic. While all of the
cult members were granted a passive magic ability to detect creatures near them
after their initiation, she felt like she could sense more than she normally
could as well as detect beings further away. The entire time they were on the
hunt she could feel a strange ominous presence that followed the hunting party
wherever they went, she didn’t want to say anything since she thought that it
was just the new gear she was wearing that was confusing her senses. When the
party finally arrived at the byhorned bears territory they took formation,
everyone broke off into teams of two to make sure they had enough power to take
one down and defend at the same time. On all the hunts that she went on she
primarily focused on providing defense for her partner as she was never able to
hit the right area of the animals to ensure not to damage anything useful.
Right before each pair took their first shots at the bears she noticed that the
presence that was following them was gone, in fact the only presence that she
felt was the bears and the party members. “Can I take the first shot” Jager
said to her partner who nodded in agreeance. She drew back the string of her
bow which felt to natural in her hands, as she released her fingers to let the
arrow soar she could feel every movement of the bow. The slight bend of the
edges, the string propelling the arrow, the loss of tension in the entirety of
the bow. Just as the arrow was completely out of the caress of the bow she felt
a static tingling in her right arm and a light burning sensation in her left.
As the arrow flew towards the bear she felt as if she could see the air moving
around the arrow, it hit her target more accurately than she has ever been able
to shoot. As it enter the bears flesh it didn’t seem to be slowing down any,
the arrow continued through the entirety of the bears chest and out the other
shoulder only to be stopped when it lodged itself in a nearby tree. After four
bears were successfully taken down by the party she went to inspect the arrow,
when she reached the tree she saw that the arrow passed part way through the
tree and only the head of the arrow sticking out from the opposite side was
able to be seen. As she turned around to return to the party she felt a large
group of creatures coming towards them fast, she’s felt this before;
compromised beings. They were cruel beasts that got enraged with the smell of
blood. “Circle up, large group of compromised are coming this way” Jager
screams as she was sprinting back to the hunting party. The party formed a
circle around the bear carcasses to defend themselves as well as their score. As
the first of the compromised broke through the tree line she thought back to
what the elder said “don’t take them off” wondering if he knew she would have
to fight today, with the speed at which the beast were traveling she knew she
would have enough time to cut herself to enough warm blood to be able to use
the blood arts since the bears blood was already secured. She had to rely on
her bow and the shields she just received. Her bow was raise and with each shot
she took the sensations in her arms grew stronger. With each arrow hitting
their mark, she grew amazed and confused on how she gained this much skill in
no time. She was broken from this thought we she hear “They aren’t stopping to
looks like we alarmed the entire h-“ the voice stopped with the sound of bones
crushing and flesh being torn. She turned to see that the other side of the
circle was broken with what seemed to be compromised goblins tearing into four
of the hunting party. As she turned back to where she was firing she saw a
compromised mid attack, her right arm instinctively punched towards the beast,
right before the tip of the shield made contact all of the blade emerged from
within the shield. She cut the compromised goblin down in a single blow thanks
the help of her shield. As she continued to punch her way through the
seamlessly unending swarm of compromised she saw one of the beasts she just hit
react in a way that made it seem like it was getting electrocuted and burned at
the same time. Seeing more and more of the party members fall she knew she had
to do something or else she would die to, she screamed at the top of her lungs
“Death Orbs”. As the last sound came out of her mouth her eyes began to glow
and unholy red and black, her hair began to rise and glow in the same manner.
The freshly spilled blood from the compromised and party members began to rise
into the air and form fist sized balls continuing to move as if there was
something trying to escape from within its grasps. With each drop of blood
produced on the battle field the orbs floating above her head grew in numbers,
her fighting never stopped and the glowing of her hair and eyes became brighter
and more defining as each drop added to the sky turning the area over into a
solid blood crimson. As she continues to carve her presence in the battle field
she could her a fail dying cry of an ally ”release it before it becomes too
much” as she screamed “release” she slightly stumbled but it was just enough to
have a compromised cut her across the ribs. As she screamed in pain from the
fresh wound the crimson sky cut through all the compromised surrounded the few
remaining members of the hunting party, each orb cut through the beasts and
violently exploded when it touched running blood. The last thing she saw before
she passed out from pain, fatigue, and what seemed to be a foreign substance in
her side, was the mysterious presence approaching her as the compromised fell
and fled. She woke up in an unfamiliar place without know how much time has
passed since the hunt. As she went to sit up and scan the room she came to the
realization that she was unable to do so, she looked down to see that her
shields were still on her arms which were tied to the bed she was resting on.
She was in a top that wasn’t her own and could feel a sore pain and liquid
sensation coming from her left side, she remember she was cut. As she looked to
her side she could tell that there was a think bandage on it even though it was
under her shirt. Her head fell back up the bed and she looked over to her left,
she could see that her bow and hunter set were hung up on the wall.” Hello, is
anyone here?” Jager said softly hoping that she was in a safe location, a cute
younger girl walked in she was no more than two years younger than Jager.
“Don’t worry you’re in a safe place” the girl said softly, “You are in Fildelt,
it’s not the closest to your camp but it should be more than a day or two
journey correct?” she continued. Jager was visibly confused on how she ended up
here, there was at least two other villages that were closer to where the
hunting party fought. The young girl started again “I know you must be a little
confused on what the circumstances are so let me explain a little bit, first my
name is Lilly I work with one of our villages healers here. Five days ago a man
came into town with two wagons, one had you and two of your friends in it along
with a lot of gear. The second had four byhorn bears. He left you three in our
care, you somehow had the least amount of cuts but seemed to be in the worst
shape. He said he would be back within with a promise of payment.” Before she
could continue Jager anxiously aske “How are the other two doing?” She smiled
back “They are fine now, our healing magic and medicine works well. They woke
up after a day of our treatment. Now I’m sorry about the restrains but we
couldn’t get those off of your arms” she gestured down towards Jager’s shields.
“You were thrashing about a lot when we were trying to treat you and almost
struck us multiple times, we needed you to stay still for all of our safety.”
Jager seemed relieved to hear all of that but also a little ashamed “I’m sorry
I hope I didn’t hurt anyone here” Jager said apologetically. Lilly smiled again
and continued talking “we were able to get most of the toxins out of you side
but not all of it. The ointment on that bandage should be able to take care of
the rest.” Lilly came over and untied Jager “can you take off those? There are
still a few things on your arms that I would like to check and look at, for
starters the long cuts on the inside of your arms.” After Jager was untied she
released the shields with a single flex of the hand and foreare, as they fell
from her arms the long gashes on her arms healed in an instant. As this
happened both Jager and Lilly looked surprised then Lilly asked “How long have
you had those tattoos? They look pretty new” Jager gave her an even more
confused look than before, as she look down at her arms she saw what Lilly was
talking about. Jager had a tattoo on each of her arms that were red as if they
happened less than three days ago. Her right arm looked as it was if was a
storm of lightning and her left seemed to be a hail of fire coming from the
heavens. “Miss I’m going to need you to take it easy, we still don’t know if
you are fully healed or not please no hard physical movement, also what is you
name the other two wouldn’t tell us?” Lilly said lightheartedly “You can call
me ~~~~~~” Jager responded “I need to go talk to the other two do you know
where they are” Jager continued, Lilly turned and pointed at a medium sized
building with people walking in and out of it, Jager nodded in response. She
slowly and sorely rose out of the bed to go find her remaining party members,
she also wanted to know more about this village since she doesn’t ever remember
coming here. All of the villages knew of the cult but left them alone either
out of fear respect, it was said they helped protect the villages in times of
need. While it was unknown to her the villages sent the ones that were destined
to die to the cult as their sacrifice so they wouldn’t be in fear of losing
able bodies. She went to the villages often to pick up personal supplies for
her own studies and life style, she was trying to develop a new way that the
blood arts could be used without the need for extra blood, and she was able to
small light spell to work the same way without the need for open wounds. She
was aware that there were other forms of magic but never came in contact with
anything other than blood magic. No matter how many times she went to them she
was always greeted with a distant welcome and an eager goodbye. “~~~~~~ b-before
you go out can I have you help me with s-something?” Lilly said cautiously
while looking a little embarrassed. “I-I have a hobby you could say that I
can’t express very well within the village and we are busy enough with healing
that I can’t leave either.” Jager looked Lilly up and down thoughtfully “it’s
the least I can do with them helping me with no guarantee of pay” she thought,
“yeah what do you need” Jager replied caringly. Lilly face lit up like in pure
joy, something that Jager hasn’t seen on a person in a very long time. “If you
could please follow me, I’m going to help you get cleaned up so maybe you will
fill a little easier.” Jager followed Lilly out of the building she was being
cared for in, as she took her first step outside she noticed that the sun was
at its highest during the day. They continued walking away from the center of
town until they arrived at a small building that seemed different than the rest
of the surrounding buildings. “Don’t worry I’m not going to harm you, to be
honest I don’t think I could even if I wanted to” Lilly said calmly, “I’m
actually hoping to do the opposite” she continued. When they entered the
building Jager felt warm, not to the touch but as if she was safe in this
place, it was if the joy from Lilly was transferring over to Jager. “There is a
bath in the back room if you continue straight, I can help you if you would
like” Lilly said while wearing a wide grin, “I think I will be alright by
myself” Jager replied, “Oh okay, well at least take your shirt off here so I
can take off the bandage and see how your ribs are doing” Lilly said slightly
sad. As Jager finished taking her shirt off she felt Lilly touch her back, her
hands were warm, this sent a shiver down Jagers spine not one of fear but
something else, a feeling that Jager hasn’t experienced before. As Lilly began
to remove the bandage Jager feel Lilly hands dance on her back, slightly
tickling her, but gently caressing her at the same time. Jager was enjoying
this different attention, it was something new that she never experienced
before. “There it’s all off” Lilly said shyly “Try to keep soap off you wound,
it could sting a bit” she continued in the same manner. Jager acknowledged her
with a slight glance, when she saw Lilly she could see that she was blushing a
what looked like she was uncomfortable. Before she entered the bath she took a
look at herself in the mirror, Jager was dirty and grimy, she had bruises all
over her body, “I guess I took more than one hit” she said quietly to herself,
but even with how she looked she didn’t see anything besides her new tattoos as
odd. She has never lived in a village nor had to commodities of one, she was
able to keep herself clean and healthy. “Please take your time, I have to get a
few things ready before you come back out here” Lilly said from a distant room.
As Jager entered the water she felt relaxed, she could feel her body starting
to heal, well it may have just been in her head since this was the first time
she truly felt relaxed since she received the relics. After what seemed to be
an hour “Lilly? What am I supposed to do now? I don’t have any clothes.” Jager
asks “Oh there is a towel by the door, dry off and come out here I have the
rest taken care of” Lilly responded cheerfully. With no objection and no other
choice Jager did as instructed. As Jager walked back into the front room she
saw Lilly as cheerful as ever patiently waiting, before Jager could say
anything Lilly excitedly said “I have everything ready for you. Oh I also went
back to the clinic and retrieved your gear. It all much lighter than I expected”.
Jager responded relieved “Thank you for do that, but I haven’t helped you yet
what is your hobby?” “You are about to start helping me with that, but before
we begin drink this” Lilly handed over a small vile of liquid “It’s a light
healing potion, it should help with the bruises, cuts, and soreness.
Unfortunately this is the only one I could take and it wont do a lot for you
ribs but the cut seems to be stable right now.” Jager gladly drank the liquid
hoping to feel better. “Now for you clothes, I don’t know your size exactly but
I want you to try this on” Lilly said while she handed Jager a dress. As she
pick up the dress she actually looked at it. It was a decently long dress,
ending around her calf, with a long slit along the right leg that went up to
her mid-thigh. It seemed to have two layers and each a different color, the
bottom layer was a bright white that seemed to pure to be worn, the other layer
directly above the white one was a deep red. The white was still able to be
seen faintly through the top layer, when she held it up to the sun light it
seemed to match the red in her almost perfectly. “Well try it on” Lilly
exclaimed “What about undergarments?” Jager replied embarrassed “Oh right most
people use those, here you go” Lilly said joyously. Lilly handed her a pair of
what seemed to be right fitting underwear. “Where should I put these on at?”
Jager asked “Right here, I need to see how it fits going on” Lilly expressed.
Visibly embarrassed Jager hesitantly nodded and released the towel, “Are you
always this smooth? Your body has no hair on it at all” Lilly said curiously
“Isn’t this how all women are?” Jager replied, Lilly just responded with a
confused shake of the head. As she start to put on th underwear she noticed
that they too matched the dress, while somewhat see through it wasn’t big
enough of a problem to make her stop. After they were on she seemed to enjoy
how they felt, the covered most of her butt only so leave a small amount of
either check peeking out of the bottom. “There is a mirror behind you if you
want to see yourself” Lilly said while looking at the ground. When Jager turned
her head she noticed that the underwear extenuated the curve of her bottom.
Gently stepping into the dress Jager said “I’m going to start pulling up the
dress its ok if you look, after all I’m here to help you” Lilly looked up to
see a warming smile on Jager face. Jager started to pull the dress over
herself, as the fabric touched her leg she noticed that it felt smooth against
her skin, wondering what it was made of. When she got it up to her thighs right
above where the slit ended it started to become more form fitting. “I’m hoping
to it makes your curves stand out more, you should show off your beauty more”
Lilly softly shuttered, Jager pulled the dress up to her chest noticing another
gap in the chest and not feeling any fabric above the middle of her back. Hold
the dress up behind her neck where is was supposed to be tied together at she
looked in the mirror again. “I’ve never worn anything that made me look pretty
before, are you sure its ok for me to use this dress?” Jager asked blushing at
Lilly behind her. The hole in the chest are was only big enough to show a smile
amount of the sides of each of her breasts, the dress overly amplified Jagers
nature curves giving her an almost godlike appearance, before she could say
anything else she felt Lilly’s fingers run along the sides of her neck and back
to her hand which was holding up the dress, Lilly brushed her hand away and
tied the dress around Jagers neck. “Now spin for me please” Lilly softly
whispered in Jagers ear, all of this sent yet another shudder down her spine.
As Jager ended her slow spin to show Lilly the dress, Lilly determinly said
“Now all we need to do is your hair.” As Lilly grabbed Jagers hand she looked
down feeling warm, happy, special something that none of the cult members ever
made her feel. Jager was led into a nearby room where a single vanity rested
against a wall, Lilly pulled over a chair and gestured for her to sit in it. Lilly
began to run her fingers through Jagers hair and adjust in different ways with
a look of excitement and thought on her face, seemingly out of nowhere she put
her hand over Jagers eyes and playfully said “Keep these closed until I saw
otherwise”, Jager did just as she said. After almost twenty minutes of hair
being sorted and moved Lilly spoke again “Go ahead a take a look”. When Jager
looked in the mirror she saw that her hair was in one big braid that laid over
her right shoulder and fell past the beginning of her ribs, with the red ends
reminding her of spear that freshly killed. There seemed to be some sort of red
dust that mated the color of her crimson hair that was sprinkled over her
braid. “Now please go look one more time” Lilly said happily. Jager was shocked
by how she looked even more so than before, it didn’t seem like she really did
much but Jager was speechless. After spending this time with Lilly she had
forgotten what she was going to do when she was done helping Lilly with her
hobby. Before Jager could think of anything to say to Lilly there was a loud
boom and a red glow in the sky, Jager tensed up and started to run to her
relics. Right as she reached them Lilly came back into the room, wearing little
clothing as if she was in the middle of changing. “I heard you running and
forgot to tell you” Lilly said sheepishly, she looked at what Jager was doing
and continued “You won’t need those, out town is celebrating our festival.”
Jager looked at her seeing that Lilly was telling the truth and laid her relics
back down. “This brings me to the other thing I was going to ask of you” Lilly
said shyly while avoiding eye contact, “W-w-would you, maybe like to come with
me to the festival?” “I’ve never been to any festival before, I don’t think you
would have a good time with me” Jager said ashamedly “Well that settles it
then, I have to take you and show you a good time” Lilly said loud and
cheerfully. “Well if you insist, but I don’t have any clothes to change into”
Jager said calmly “Why do you think I had you put on that dress? It is the
Kings Festival after all, we are encouraged to dress elegantly” Lilly responded
smiling. “I have to go change. You can come with me if you want.” She continued
in a tone that Jager couldn’t tell if she was joking or not. “I think I’ll just
wait here” Jager said sternly. Before now Lilly was wearing plain white
clothing from the clinic, they consisted of a top garment that started just
under her chin to a little past we waist. It had sleeves that completely covered
both arms and had two small pockets on the right side by her waist. The other
piece was plain piece of clothing that covered all of her skin from the waist
down, the clothes wrapped around each leg individually. Jager was so deep in
thought looking at her tattoos that she didn’t even notice Lilly walk into the
room, “Ready to go” Lilly said nervously, seeing that Jager didn’t notice her
presence. When Jager looked up at Lilly to respond she was speechless, this was
the first time Jager really noticed what Lilly looked like. “She’s perfect”
Jager thought to herself.
